Please note that International Deliveries may incur further postage charges based on final weight and size of packed orders. You will be contacted directly before your order is dispatched if further postage costs are required. Unfortunately, these costs cannot be calculated until your order has been placed.

Express delivery (2-3 working days) UK Mainland only – £12

Please note these costs include delivery only and therefore customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any additional import duties and local taxes.

SHIPPING:

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days although this may increase at busy times of the year when orders may take a little longer to process. If you are in a rush to receive your items, then please do call or email us and we will endeavour to do what we can to meet your requirements. Items excluding furniture, mirror and lighting are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce where a signature may be required.

PACKAGING

To be environmentally friendly we try to recycle as much packaging as possible. We will wrap your order beautifully but the outer packaging may well be recycled. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Then please send the item back to the shop within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and labels still intact. Refunds will be credited back to the card shown on the receipt. Please note that the safe return and cost of returning items is your responsibility and we suggest that you return any items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.

Please note that non-refundable items include body accessories, skincare and anything edible.

Any items that are bespoke and made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.

Some of our products, including furniture are old and therefore reflect their use over time, however this is part of their charm! We endeavour to describe all items as best as possible and provide as many details as we can, but please do call if you require more information about any of our products. Old furniture and other vintage pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Any items purchased in The Gilded Cabinet shop (as opposed to online) are sold as seen and are not refundable.
